OK, I officially started P90x again today. I thought I was going to pass out at the end of the workout. I purposely took it easy in my mind so as to not overexert myself as I try getting back into it, but then I did the ab workout at the end and that DESTROYED me. Last year when I started I skipped that particular part of the workout on day 1 because I was exhausted. This year I figured I was tough enough to get through it. HAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! My heart was beating 10 beats a second when I finished and I had to lie down AFTER the warm down because my body refused to do just that… warm down. But I’m on it again, and I have 89 days to go. I know, I know, I said I was starting last Wednesday. It didn’t happen OK? But then again I didn’t start yesterday (monday) and I still started today instead of waiting until next Monday. So you see I stuck to my guns, huh? The question is, am I going to do this alone? How about we get a team out there of people who haven’t been working out setting their minds on transforming themselves beginning today. Then write about it, as I am going to do. And we can keep each other motivated in the process. WE CAN DO THIS!!! But it’s easier when you do it with someone. So, let’s go. I’m waiting for your response. I have also decided to take a picture every day during the program and creating a “slide show” to show my progress once the whole thing is done, that way I can see how I transformed in the process. If I think the pics are not too embarrassing I’ll then post the whole thing in 90 days. Let’s see how it goes.

I have heard so much about this PX90 I am getting ready to order it. I started a weight loss competition with some friends last week and I need to start working out so I can meet my competition goal. Tough getting motivated. I am working on getting myself moving. Thanks for the extra push, I actually needed it.
P.S. please send my regards to Dania.
