Get that man an Oscar
I just saw The Dark Knight. Heath Ledger should get the Oscar. For all I know someone will come out with a better performance in some other movie. But I doubt it. I’ve never been disturbed by a character more, and I tell you, I completely forgot there was somebody acting as the Joker. Half way through this guy WAS the Joker. There was no one else. WOW. What a shame we’ll never see him work again. I can’t say it was a pleasure watching, but then again it wasn’t supposed to be… he was that good. So get him his trophy. Hopefully he can smile (a real smile, not that sliced up one) from above (I’m hopeful he’s up there) when he is given his due posthumously. Rest in Peace buddy. You saved your best work for last.
