So I did my Kenpo today. I have now officially finished 10 weeks, and I have three weeks left. I feel really good, and I can honestly say that I feel like I’m already the best shape of my life. I can’t imagine how much more I can change in the next three weeks, but I’m really looking forward to finding out. Today I weighed myself in Publix (are Publix scales ever wrong… it was dead on when I went traveling and I weighed my luggage. Which is a great topic for an L.O. It is amazing how many times I’ve seen people walking into Publix, a grocery store, with LUGGAGE TO WEIGH… I’ll get back to that another day). I weighed 172. That’s the lowest I’ve been in over 5 years. And to think just two weeks ago I was stuck at 180. I thought I had plateaued. Well, only three weeks to go. Let’s get to it. Normally I get a day off, but as I mentioned a couple of days ago, I used my day off a few days early. I’ll be doing my chest and back tomorrow, and following through for the next six days. And yes i have to add the pics I never put in two weeks ago. And I must say, I started running 20 minutes a day in Sarasota and I ran today. Maybe that’s helped or not, but I do feel good. Now after these three weeks I have to decide what I’m going to do because I never want to lose what I have gained. But I have 3 weeks to figure that out don’t I?
Let’s get to it, then. I’m off to bed. Pray I can keep this up. I’ll go ahead and pray for you (all of you whoever you are) and we can all become better people together. What do you say? Whatever you said, I’m sure I agree. Ta Ta!
