Another day come and gone. I have now completed 43 days. I am but 2 days from the halfway point. I am very excited and I am really seeing results now! I have learned not to give the weight loss too much importance. Six weeks ago I barely fit into my 34″ waist pants, but refused to buy 36″ because I would need a whole new wardrobe. Now, my 34′s are loose and I actually fit into my 33′s. I never got down to 32″ when I lost all my weight 7 years ago, but with 7 weeks to go, who knows? The biggest thing for me was fitting into my suit pants. I had to stop wearing my good suit altogether because my pants just wouldn’t close. No way, no how. I tried them on yesterday and they closed… comfortably!!! I am really excited. I am very much looking forward to seeing what’s on the horizon over the weeks to come. Let’s see what I can do.
Other good news! I’m two days into my math project. I’ve been filming for two days now and am beginning to get into the groove again. I am looking forward to taping and taping and taping until I’m all done. Just like my workouts, the more I get into it the better the results will be and the more excited I will be about doing what I’ve set my mind on doing. Day 3 tomorrow. Pray for me!
OK. Enough for now. Today I worked out physically, mentally, and intellectually. I’m off to my spiritual part of the day. Then I will have hit all the important aspects of my being for the day. It’s not easy but I am worth it. My God told me so. And my wife and kids deserve the best me they can get. I owe it to them.
I’ll be back tomorrow. I’m going to try to get an L.O. and another poem in this week. And who knows I may also throw in an SSSSS. (Short… Story) I also want to start working on my Young Adult book again. But i don’t want to press my luck. I’m doing quite a bit already. I’ll do what I can, once I’ve done what I am going to do for me and my family. That’s the way it should be.
Hasta la proxima!
