A New Beginning
Tomorrow is a big day for me. It is the first of 20 straight weekdays in which I plan to produce my educational product. For a year now I have been working a little and thinking a lot about getting this done. Now for the next twenty days I have no excuse because I am not working. I am going to spend the time I am normally working to work on this project. I have waited for this moment much the same way I waited for the moment to start my work out program. Well, my workouts are now five weeks in (with 8 weeks to go… 34 days down, BABY!!), and now my MathEd vids go into full production. This will combine my creative and intellectual forces to create what I hope, correction, know will be a good product. I have written a lot of material for this and now I have to get it all on tape once and for all. I’ve got four weeks to do it. Then it’s a matter of editing advertising and distributing. It’s a lot of work but with God’s help, it will get done. I know it. I will continue to be blogging. I gotta make sure i keep tabs on myself, and this is a good way for me to push myself to do the things I need to do.
Oh, did I mention I got 10 hits TWO DAYS IN A ROW! The hits went down over the weeknd, though, but I guess that’s to be expected. People really should be out and about and not glued in front of their computers, even if they ARE visiting my site. (This is not meant to discourage you from visiting. Just use your computer time wisely and ONLY visit here.) :-)~
So wish me luck and send a prayer in my direction. I’ll be sure to send one back!

Oye, do you know how many people are subscribing to your feed? I’ve never been able to figure out if the people who subscribe show up at all. Just throwing that out.
Personally, I don’t pay too much attention to the stats unless I want to see if something is working. The whole social networking thing has kind of exploded for me and so I think I am getting more traffic, and the random comment continues to surprise me that people really are reading, but in the end, like you, it’s just a public diary.
Keep it up–I’ll give you comment love when I can. Remember to do the same for others and it will bring them back here.
