Yes, It’s been three weeks already. Yesterday I completed my third round of workouts. Today is my rest day, but I am choosing to stretch. I’m also going to do an ab workout because the other day I couldn’t get one in because I had a date looming (not in a bad way, I just couldn’t think of another word at the moment) with my wife. I do have my priorities. Tomorrow I sart recovery week number 1. I take a week off from the weights and the pullups and pushups for a week to give my body a chance to get ready for round two. Then again, it’s not going to be too much easier. I still have to do two days of yoga, one of plyo, and one of Kenpo (that one is fine with me). I also have to do two days of core synergistics. This will be the first new routine I do since week 1, so it should be interesting. I think I have to do this one on Wednesday. Let’s see how it goes. Throw in two days of stretching and I should be ready for Round 2, and three weeks of new workout programs. I’m psyched! Let’s get busy, baby!
